This survey provides your organisation with an opportunity to gauge how your employees feel about the nature of work in your organisation and explore key aspects of productivity.

This includes a lifestyle questionnaire, pulse oximetry, blood glucose, height & weight, atrial fibrillation, peak flow, pulse rate, body mass index (BMI), ten year cardiovascular disease score, blood pressure, blood cholesterol and a mental health assessment.

⦁ The Workplace Health Champion Training is funded by ESIF for Lancashire based businesses. Level 2 & 3 courses are free until December 2023 for employees working in Lancashire.
⦁ Qualified Level 2 & 3 Champions will receive post-course support to network with others and improve sustainable wellbeing opportunities for workplaces.

Suitable for individuals who would like to understand mental health conditions better, support individuals, even when in distress, and understand how to encourage them to get further help.

The number of places on the training course will vary depending on the size of the company.

A member of the Business Health Matters team will arrange a meeting to discuss the results of the employee health checks delivered, as well as discussing recommendations and next steps.

A 3 month follow up progress meeting where we’ll discuss next steps, provide ongoing remote support and share resources which are available to customers.

⦁ It also provides a digital gym, online wellbeing studio, discounts, nutritional advice and recipes, 24/7 access to GPs, therapy, counselling and in the moment support.

2 bespoke workplace surveys tailored to your business focused on employee’s mental health, followed by a further survey 6 months later to look at progress.

Your selected wellbeing session is a one hour workshop suitable for anyone at any level within a business/organisation for a maximum of 20 employees.

Access to our Business Health Matters wellbeing portal where you have access to a dashboard and resources to promote health and wellbeing in your workplace.

This is an additional health check review, which follows the 3 month review. It includes a discussion with the assessor, a follow up wellbeing plan and a review over the progress since the first check.
